By submitting a profile, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Pharmapoth reserves the right to remove any profile found to contain false or misleading information.
3. User Accounts and Profiles
When you submit a profile through Pharmapoth, you are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided. You agree not to impersonate another person, misrepresent your credentials, or submit information that belongs to someone else. Pharmapoth reserves the right to approve, decline, or remove any profile at our discretion.
4. Platform Use
You agree to use Pharmapoth only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our platform to:

Employers accessing candidate profiles through Pharmapoth agree to use that information solely for legitimate hiring purposes. Employers may not share, sell, or distribute candidate information to third parties. Any employer found to be misusing candidate data will have their access permanently revoked.

All content on pharmapoth.com including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and design elements is the property of Pharmapoth and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Pharmapoth is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform. We do not guarantee that your profile will result in employment, or that any employer listed on the platform will extend an offer of any kind.
